Returns and Exchange policy for Domestic Orders only :
Habbada’s easy returns & exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days of you receiving the package. It is absolutely free.
Our delivery agent will pick up the item.
We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
There are two options for returns :
Pick Up facility – Please send a mail to customercare@habbada.com with your order number and Bill number and the reason for return. We will arrange for the new consignment to be dropped and the old packet to be picked up at your door step.
Self Ship – However, there may be a very small number pin-codes where door step pick up may not possible , In that case we request you to self-ship the product to us to the address given below. Once you send us a mail with intention of return, we would intimate you if your pin-code has a door step pick up facility or not.

In such cases, we will give 50 Hbpoints (1 Hbpoint = Re.1) to you in lieu of the shipping costs for your future purchases.
The new exchanged product will be shipped to you separately by our delivery partners.
In case of returns ,which is very unlikely since we are sure you will love us :), the above process applies in terms of intimation and product pick up. Once the product is picked up, we will process your refund to the original mode of payment in case of prepaid order. In case of COD , request you write to us your preferred mode of online refund and we shall execute the same. Process time for refunds would be 5-7 days.
